Public Service Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Public Service Act 1922,

1. Regulations 171a and 171b of the Public Service Regulations are repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Public offices for the purposes of paragraph 87 (1) (c) of the Act

“171a. For the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of “public office” in subsection 87 (1) of the Act, an office or appointment specified in Column 2 of an item in Schedule 3c is prescribed.”.

2. The Public Service Regulations are amended by inserting after Schedule 3b the following Schedule:
