Public Service Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Public Service Act 1922.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 2 July 1990.

Schedule 3

2. Schedule 3 to the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting item 3aand substituting the following items:

“4 Office of Managing Director of the Australian Telecommunications Corporation

5 Office of Managing Director of the Commonwealth Banking Corporation

6 Office of Deputy Managing Director of the Commonwealth Banking Corporation

7 Office of Chief Executive Officer of the Civil Aviation Authority

8 Office of Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Airports Corporation”.

Schedule 3c

3. Schedule 3c to the Public Service Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following items:

“5 Office of General Manager of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commercial Development Corporation established under subsection 168 (1) of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission Act1989

6 Office of Principal of the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies established under subsection 24 (1) of the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies Act 1989

7 Office of Executive Director of the Energy Research and Development Corporation established under section 75 of the Primary Industries and Energy Research and Development Act 1989, when that Office is held on a full-time basis”.
