Public Service Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Public Service Act 1922.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 September 1990.

2. Amendment

2.1 The Public Service Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Regulation 70ab (Application of provisions of section 22b of the Act—Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

3.1 Omit the regulation.
