Public Service Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Public Service Act 1922.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 17 March 1992.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Public Service Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 37 (Benefits to officers)

3.1   Subregulation 37 (2):

Omit “(2), ”.

4.   Regulation 41 (Accounts and public moneys)

4.1   Omit “1901-1934”, substitute “1901”.

5.   Division II of Part II (Heading)

5.1   Omit the heading, substitute:
