REGULATION UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922 hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulation.

Amendment of the Public Service Regulations 

The Public Service Regulations are amended by inserting after 103b in Part III the following Division:—

Division VII. Allowances for Members of the Public Service Board.

Allowances for members of the Board under subsection 13 (2) of the Act.

“ 103c. The allowances a member of the Board shall be paid under subsection 13 (2) of the Act are the allowances that would be payable to him if he were an officer of the First Division of the Australian Public Service.”.
