1963. No. 153.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1960.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1960, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service Regulations. 

Salaries payable to officers of the Second and Third Divisions.

1.—(1.) Regulation 104 of the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting the tables in sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in their stead the following tables:—

(2.) Regulation 104 of the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (4.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:—

" (4.) Where a female officer occupies an office in the Second Division or the Third Division in respect of which there is a scale of rates of annual salary applicable to that office by reason of sub-regulation (1.) or sub-regulation (2.) of this regulation, the rates of annual salary payable to the female officer in respect of that office are, subject to sub-regulation (6.) of this regulation, each £154 less than the scale of rates so applicable.".

Fourth Schedule.

2. The Fourth Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following Part:—
