REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1964.

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1964, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

AMENDMENTS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS.

Allowances to officers performing relieving duties or working within defined districts

1. Regulation 76 of the Public Service Regulations is repealed.

Camping and lodging allowance

2. Regulation 89 of the Public Service Regulations is amended by adding at the end of sub-regulation (4.) the words “as in force on the first day of November, 1964”.

Fourth Schedule

3. The Fourth Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the heading the words “SECOND AND THIRD DIVISIONS” and inserting in their stead the words “THIRD DIVISION”;

(b) by inserting after item 12 the following item in Part 3:—
