REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Administrator, the following Regulations.

Amendment of the Public Service Regulations 

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation an 1 January 1977.

2. Regulation 103b of the Public Service Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:—

Broken Hill allowance.

“ 103b. An officer or employee stationed at Broken Hill shall, in respect of his being stationed there, be paid an allowance at the rate of—

(a) in the case of an officer or employee who has attained the age of 21 years or on whom a person is wholly or partially dependent for support—$10.20 per week: or

(b) in any other case—$5.10 per week.”.
