1966 No. 17

REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1964.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1964, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Second Schedule.

3. The Second Schedule to the Public Service. Regulations is amended by omitting item 16 and inserting in its stead the following item:—

" 16.

Observer, Commonwealth Bureau of Meteorology, Department of the Interior

1. He shall, while in charge of a non-electronic observing station, be paid an allowance at an annual rate equal to the difference between his rate of annual salary and the rate of £1,402 per annum.

2. He shall, while in charge of an electronic observing station, be paid an allowance at an annual rate equal to the difference between his rate of annual salary and the rate of £1,487 per annum".
