Amendments of the Public Service Regulations

Public Service Regulations,

a ) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the definition of " office to which this regulation applies " and inserting in its stead the following definition:—
" ' office to which this regulation applies ' means any of the following offices:—

b ) by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words " female nursing staff " and inserting in their stead the words " nursing staff "; and(
c ) by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words " a female officer " and inserting in their stead the words " an officer ".
