REGULATION UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1966.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1966, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulation.

Amendment of the Public Service Regulations 

Salaries payable to officers of the Second Division.

Regulation 104 of the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:—

“(1.) For the purposes of sub-section (2.) of section 30 of the Act, the rate of annual salary payable to a male officer who occupies an office in the Second Division is whichever of the following rates is appropriate to that office having regard to its classification:—

$9,500  $10,500  $11,500  $12,500  $13,500  $14,500.”.
