STATUTORY RULES

1967 No. 61

REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1967.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1967, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service Regulations 

Reimbursement of fares— change of location of branch, &c.

1. Regulation 79c of the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3.) the figures " $3,754 " and " $3,352 " and inserting in their stead the figures " $4,328.00 " and " $3,962.00 ", respectively,

Constitution of Promotion Appeal Committees.

2. Regulation 109d of the Public Service Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1a.) the words " the next two succeeding sub-regulations " and inserting in their stead the words " the next succeeding sub-regulation "; and

(b) by omitting sub-regulation (1c).

First Schedule.

3. The First Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended as set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations.

Fourth Schedule.

4. The Fourth Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended as set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations.
