REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1968.*
THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in
pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public
Service Act 1922-1968, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the
Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service Regulations
Reimbursement
of fares— remote districts.
1. Regulation 98
of the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulations
(1.), (7a.) and (8.) the words and
figures “ sub-regulation (6.) of regulation 49 ” and inserting in their stead
the word and figure “ regulation 49a ”.
Reimbursement
of fares—children attending school outside
isolated districts.
2. Regulation 98aaa of the Public Service Regulations
is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (9.) the words and figures “ sub-regulation
(6.) of regulation 49 ” and inserting in their stead the word and figure “ regulation
49a ”.
Allowance
in lieu of recreation leave in certain circumstances.
3. Regulation 99a of the Public Service Regulations is
repealed.

Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended as set out in the First
Schedule to these Regulations.

Schedule.
5. The Fourth
Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended as set out in the Second
Schedule to these Regulations.
