REGULATIONS
UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1968.*
THE
PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority
conferred upon it by the Public Service Act
1922-1968, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the
following Regulations.

Authority
for payment of allowance.
2. The Public
Service Board may authorize the payment of an allowance, in respect of the
period that commenced on the first day of February, 1968, and ended on the day
immediately before the commencement of these Regulations, to each officer or
employee who performs the duties of an office specified in these Regulations
during the whole or part of that period of such an amount as would result in
the total remuneration of the officer or employee for the whole or the part of
that period being not less than the total remuneration that would have been
payable to that officer or employee if the amendments made by the last
preceding regulation had taken effect on the first day of February, 1968.
