Amendment of the Public Service Regulations
Regulation 104 of the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:—
“(1.) For the purposes of sub-section (2.) of section 30 of the Act, the rate of annual salary payable to a male officer who occupies an office in the Second Division is whichever of the following rates is appropriate to that office having regard to its classification:—$11,250 $12,430 $13,610 $14,790 $15,970 $17,150,”.
