REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1968.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1968, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service Regulations 

Salaries payable to officers of the Fourth Division.

1. Regulation 106 of the Public Service Regulations is amended by inserting after sub-paragraph (vi) of paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (11.) the following sub-paragraph:—

“ (vii) Trainee Observer; ”.

First Schedule.

2. —(1.) Part I. of the First Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended as set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations.

(2.) Part II. of the First Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended as set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations.

(3.) Part III. of the First Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended as set out in the Third Schedule to these Regulations.

3. Part I. of the Fifth Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting Item 1 and inserting in its stead the following item:—

“ 1	Air Traffic Controller, Class 1…………	1.   He may be paid an allowance at the rate of
Air Traffic Controller, Class 2…………	$127.00 per annum while in charge of the
Air Traffic Controller, Class 3…………	airport at which he is employed.”.
