REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1968.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1968, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Servici: Regulations 

Second Schedule.

1. The Second Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended by inserting after item 1a the following item:—

“ 1b

 Assistant (Post Mortem)

 He shall be paid an allowance at the rate of $104 per annum if he holds a Diploma in Mortuary Hygiene and Technology.”.

2.—(1.) Part I. of the Fourth Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

Fourth Schedule.

(2.) Part III. of the Fourth Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting the words—

“ Supervisor-in-training (Mail) ”

and inserting in its stead the words—

“ Supervisor-in-training (Postal) ”.
