REGULATION UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1968.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1968, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulation.

Amendment of the Public Service REGULATIONS 

Regulation 92 of the Public Service Regulations is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—

Bicycle allowance.

“92. Where an officer or employee uses, with the approval of the Chief Officer, his bicycle for official purposes, the officer or employee shall be paid an allowance of $0.50 for each day on which he uses his bicycle or, if the officer or employee so uses his bicycle on four or more working days in a week, an allowance of $2.00 in respect of the use of his bicycle in that week.”.
