REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1960.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, on the recommendation
of the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives,
hereby make the following Regulations under the

AMENDMENTS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE (PARLIAMENTARY OFFICERS) REGULATIONS.
“4A. In the application of a provision of these Regulations specified in the first column of the table in this regulation to and in relation to an officer—
(
a ) who occupies an office in the Third Division; or(
b )who occupies an office in the Fourth Division of—(i) Chef;
(ii) Assistant Manager (Bars);
(iii) Assistant Manager (Dining Rooms);
(iv) Principal Cook;
(v) Head Pantryman;
(vi) Senior Barman;
(vii) Senior Storeman;
(viii) Bar Attendant; or
(ix) Kitchen Assistant,
a reference in the provision to an amount specified in the second column of that table in relation to the provision shall be read as a reference to the amount specified in the third column of that table opposite to the first-mentioned amount.
