REGULATION UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1967.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, hereby make the following Regulation under the Public Service Act 1922-1967.

Dated this twenty-third day of November 1967.

Amendments of the Public Service (Parliamentary Officers) Regulations

Second Schedule.

Part I. of the Second Schedule to the Public Service (Parliamentary Officers) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting item 38 and inserting in its stead the following item:—

“38

Nightwatchman....................................................

2,23-2,294-2,352-2,410”;

and

(b)by omitting item 43 and inserting in its stead the following item:—

“43

Cleaner...................................................................

2,012-2,079-2,137-2,195”.
