Public Service (Parliamentary Officers) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
STATUTORY RULES
REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1968.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and on the recommendation of—
(
a ) the Chairman of Committees of the Senate, being the person who, by virtue of section 5 of theParliamentary Presiding Officers Act 1965, is to be deemed, by reason of the absence from the Commonwealth of the President of the Senate, to be the President of the Senate for the purposes of the exercise of any powers or functions by the President under the laws of the Commonwealth; and(
b ) the Speaker of the House of Representatives,
hereby
make the following Regulations under the

Amendment of the Public Service (Parliamentary Officers) Regulations
(
a ) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the figures “9,500” and inserting in their stead the figures “11,250”; and(
b ) by omitting from that sub-regulation the figures “10,500” and inserting in their stead the figures “12,430”.
