This order in council may be cited as the Public Service Management and Employment (Departmental Changes) Order (No. 3) 1996 . ˙ Title of a chief executive 2. The title of the office of the chief executive in control of the Treasury Department is Under Treasurer and Under Secretary, Treasury Department. ˙ Consequential amendment of Public Service Management and Employment Act 1988 3. The PublicServiceManagementandEmploymentAct1988 , schedule 1 is amended by omitting the title of the office specified in the second column opposite to the Treasury Department, and inserting ‘Under Treasurer and Under Secretary, Treasury Department’.
