This regulation may be cited as the Public Service Management and Employment Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1991. Amended regulation 2. The Public Service Management and Employment Regulations 1988 are amended as set out in this regulation.

2 Public Service Management and Employment Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 1991 Nomenclature of provision units 3.(1) A provision of the Public Service Management and Employment Regulations 1988 that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, called a regulation may be called a section. (2) A provision of the Public Service Management and Employment Regulations 1988 that was, immediately before commencement of this section, called a subregulation may be called a subsection. (3) A reference in the Public Service Management and Employment Regulations 1988 to a regulation or subregulation of the regulations designated by a number is a reference to a section or subsection of the regulations designated by that number. Replacement of s. 1 (Short title) 4. Section 1— omit , insert — ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the Public Service Managementand Employment Regulation 1988 . ’. Insertion of new s.7A 5. After section 7— insert — ‘Prescribed day ‘7A. For the purposes of section 7(4)(a) of the Act, the later day prescribed is 1 March 1992. ’.
