This regulation may be cited as the Public Service Management and Employment Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the PublicServiceManagementandEmployment Regulation 1988 . ˙ Amendment of s 10 (Advertising of vacancies) 3. Section 10(3)— insert— ‘(h) an office in the Department of Health— (i) to which it is intended to appoint an officer or employee of a regional health authority who holds an office or position at an equivalent classification level; and (ii) in relation to which, in the opinion of the department’s chief executive, the efficient management of the department requires the appointment be made.’.
