This regulation may be cited as the Public Service Management and Employment Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the PublicServiceManagementandEmployment Regulation 1988 . ˙ Insertion of new s 104A 3. After section 104— insert— ˙ ‘ Inconsistency between determinations and agreements made under the Industrial Relations Act 1990, pt 11 ‘ 104A.
