An Act to amend Schedule 3 to the Public Service Act, 1979, as a consequence of the enactment of the Grain Handling (Amendment) Act, 1980. [Assented to, 17th December, 1980.]

Public Service {Grain Handling) Amendment.

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legi.slative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1.           This Act may be cited as the “Public Service (Grain Short

Handling) Amendment Act, 1980”.

2.      (1) This section and section 1 shall commence on the date Commence-

of assent to this Act.

(2) Except as provided in subsection (1), this Act shall commence on the day appointed and notified under section 2 (2) of the Grain Handling (Amendment) Act, 1980.

3.          The Public Service Act, 1979, is amended by omitting from Amendment

Schedule 3 the words “The Grain Elevators Board of New South S9 words :—■

The Grain Handling Authority of New South Wales (section

37).
