An Act to remove certain restrictions relating to the examina­ tion and appointment of officers of the Public Service; for this and other purposes to amend the Public Service Act, 1902; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 10th December, 1974.]

D E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by -L' and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
