AN ACT to repeal the Public Service Appeal Board

Act, 1920-1966.

[Assented to 11th October, 1977.1

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Public Service Short titre.

Appeal Board Act Repeal Act, 1977.

2.    This Act shall come into operation on the race-

date of the coming into operation of the Public

Service Arbitration Act Amendment Act, 1977.

3. The Public Service Appeal Board Act, 1920- Repen'.

1966 is hereby repealed.
