No. 42 of 1945.

AN ACT to amend subsection (3) of section six of the

Public Service Appeal Board Act, 1920-1943.

[Assented to 30th January, 1946.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by

the authority of the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Public Service Appeal Board Act Amendment Act, 1945, and shall be read as one with the Public Service Appeal Board Act, 1920- 1943 (No. 14 of 1920 as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of Statutes for the year 1930 and amended by the Acts No. 19 of 1932, No. 29 of 1935, No. 27 of 1937, No. 21 of 1941 and No. 10 of 1943), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.
