Act No. 39, 1975.

An Act to make further provision with respect to appeals against certain decisions of the Public Service Board relating to officers and employees of the Public Service; for this purpose to amend the Public Service and Crown Employees Appeal Board (Amendment) Act, 1974; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 16th April, 1975.]

T>E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by No. 39, 1975

and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : —

1.          This Act may be cited as the “Public Service and Short title.

Crown Employees Appeal Board (Amendment) Act, 1975”.

2.          This Act shall commence on the day appointed and Commence-

notified under section 2 (2) of the Public Service and Crown

Employees Appeal Board (Amendment) Act, 1974.

3. The Public Service and Crown Employees Appeal Amendment Board (Amendment) Act, 1974, is amended by omitting 86,^974 °̂' section 5 (b) and by inserting instead the following Sec. 5.

Provided further that a person shall not be entitled to appeal to the Board against a decision or determination of the nature referred to in paragraph (a) or (a l ) made in relation to an officer referred to in paragraph (a) or (b) of the definition of “Officer” in section 2 (1).
