PUBLIC SERVICE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Public Service Commissioner.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Public Service Amendment

Regulations 1994.

Regulation 7 repealed and a regulation substituted

2.      Regulation 7 of the Public Service Regulations 1988* (the regulation that

prescribes public service holidays) is repealed and the following regulation is substituted —

Public service holidays

7A. Pursuant to section 59 of the Act, the following days shall

be public service holidays —

(a)	Easter Eve (Easter Saturday); and
(b)	Christmas Day falls on a Tuesday or the Friday the Monday preceding Christmas Day when
following Christmas Day when Christmas Day falls on a Wednesday.
