PUBLIC SERVICE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council on the recommenda-
tion of the Public Service Commissioner.
Citation1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Service Amendment Regulations
1990.
Regulation 10 amended
2.Regulation 10 of the Public Service Regulations 1988* is amended—

(b)
by repealing subregulation (5) and substituting the following subregu- lation—
" (5) Where the Commissioner is satisfied that in the interests of the Public Service it is desirable that an officer should continue in office in the Public Service after attaining the age of 65 years and the officer is able and willing to do so, the Commissioner may approve of that officer continuing in the Public Service for such time as the Commissioner directs and the officer may continue in office accordingly. ".
