s1 2 s4 Public Service Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 No. 325, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Service Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation is taken to have commenced on 2 September 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Service Regulation 2007 . 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Public sector units, their heads and applied provisions and rulings) (1) Schedule 1, items 1, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 13, column 3, paragraph (c), after ‘18/97,’— insert— ‘4/03,’. (2) Schedule 1, item 4, column 3, paragraph (c), after ‘4/02,’— insert— ‘4/03,’. (3) Schedule 1, item 11, column 3, paragraph (c), after ‘3/97,’— insert— ‘4/03,’. (4) Schedule 1, item 12, column 3, paragraph (c)(i), after ‘4/02,’— insert— ‘4/03,’. (5) Schedule 1, item 12, column 3, paragraph (c)(ii), after ‘18/97,’— insert— ‘4/03,’.
