s1 2 s6 Public Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 165, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Service Regulation 1997. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Public sector units, their heads and applied provisions and rulings) Schedule 1, items 4 to 17— renumber as items 3 to 14. 5 Amendment of sch 2 (Declared office holders) (1) Schedule 2, item 3— omit. (2) Schedule 2, item 5, ‘(Interim) Regulation 1995’— omit, insert— ‘Regulation 2005’. (3) Schedule 2, item 17— omit. (4) Schedule 2 (as amended), items 4 to 21— renumber as items 3 to 19. 6 Amendment of sch 3 (Declared public service offices and their heads) (1) Schedule 3, item 6— omit .
