s1 2 s4 Public Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 No. 76, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 30 April 2006. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Service Regulation 1997. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Declared public service offices and their heads) (1) Schedule 3, items 1 to 9— renumber as schedule 3, items 1 to 6. (2) Schedule 3— insert— ‘7 Forestry Plantations Queensland Office chief executive of the office’.
