s1 2 s3 Public Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 25, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Service Regulation 1997. 3 Insertion of new s 30 After section 29— insert— ‘30 Declared government entity and declared public sector unit—Act, ss 20 and 21 ‘(1) The Information Commissioner under the FreedomofInformation Act 1992 , and the officers and employees of the Information Commissioner under that Act, (the Office of the Information Commissioner ) is declared to be a government entity. ‘(2) The Office of the Information Commissioner is declared to be a public sector unit.’.
