s1 2 s4 Public Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 No. 216, 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Service Regulation 1997. 3 Amendment of s 16 (Meaning of employee record ) Section 16(2)(d), from ‘within’ to ‘section 31 or’— omit, insert — ‘under the Crime and Misconduct Act 2001 or’. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Public sector units, their heads and applied provisions and rulings) (1) Schedule 1, item 4, column 3, paragraph (b), ‘parts 6 and 7’— omit, insert— ‘parts 6, 7 and 9A’. (2) Schedule 1, item 4, column 3, paragraph (c)— omit, insert— ‘(c) for health service employees—grievance procedure ruling and rulings 4/02, 4/03, 6/03 and 2/04.’. (3) Schedule 1, item 6, column 3, paragraph (a), after ‘34,’— insert — ‘57(1),’. (4) Schedule 1, item 6, column 3, paragraph (c)—
