AN ACT to amend section 35 of the Public Service

Act 1978.

[Assented to 15 October 1980.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Public	Short title
and citation.

Service Amendment Act 1980.

(2) In this Act the Public Service Act 1978 is

referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Public Service Act 1978-1980.

Section 35

amended. 2. Section 35 of the principal Act is amended

(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "subsections (2) and (3)" and substituting the follow- ing

" subsection (2) " ; and

(b) by repealing subsection (3).
