An Act to extend the period of operation of certain provisions of the Public Service Act, 1902, relating to the seniority of officers; for this purpose to amend the Public Service (Amendment) Act, 1972; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 10th April, 1974.]

1. This Act may be cited as the “Public Service short title.
(Amendment) Act, 1974”.
2. The Public Service (Amendment) Act, 1972, is Amendment

| (a) | by omitting section 3 (1) and by inserting instead Sec. 3. | |
