AN ACT to amend Section Six of the Public Service Act,

1904.

[Assented to 31st December, 1920.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.   This Act may be cited as the Public Service Act Short title.

Amendment Act, 1920, and shall be read as one with the

Public Service Act, 1904, hereinafter referred to as the prin- cipal Act.

2.    Subsection (5) of section six of the principal Act is Amendment

hereby amended, by omitting the words "eight hundred and section 6.

fifty pounds," and inserting the words "one thousand

pounds" in place thereof.

Such amendment shall have effect as from the first day

of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
