AN ACT to amend the Public Service Act,

1904.

[Assented to 5th November, 1912.]

Legislative Assembly of 'Western Australia, in this present Parlia-

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as -follows:—

1.     This Act may be cited as the Public Service Act Amendment Short title.

Act, 1912, and shall be read as one with the Public Service Act,

1904, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.     Section thirty-four of the principal Act is amended by Amendment of

adding a subsection, as follows :—

Section 34.

"(3.) For the purposes of this section, persons temporarily

employed shall be deemed to be already in the public

service."
