An Act to amend the Public Servant Housing Authority Act, 1975, so as to vary the basis upon which the Public Servant Housing Authority of New South Wales holds, receives or acquires moneys or other property. [Assented to, 16th November, 1977.]

Public Servant Housing Authority {Amendment).

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1.      This Act may be cited as the “Public Servant Housing 5 0̂ ^ title.

Authority (Amendment) Act, 1977”.

2. The Public Servant Housing Authority Act, 1975, is Amendment

amended by inserting after section 2 1 the following	38, 1975.
