I make the following notice under section 6(5) of the Public Sector Superannuation Reform Act 2016 .19 October 2020

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Public Sector Superannuation Reform (Declaration of Commission) Notice 2020 . 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Interpretation (1)  In this notice – Act means the Public Sector Superannuation Reform Act 2016 . (2)  The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this notice as if this notice were by-laws. 4Commission to be corporation soleUnder section 6(5) of the Act, the Commission is declared to be a corporation sole.
