I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Public Sector Superannuation Reform Act 2016 .21 March 2022

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Public Sector Superannuation Reform Amendment Regulations 2022. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Public Sector Superannuation Reform Amendment Act 2019 commences. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Public Sector Superannuation Reform Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
