PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT (TRANSITIONAL) REGULATIONS

(NO. 2) 1994

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

By Command of the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector Management

(Transitional) Regulations (Vo. 2) 1994.

Schedule 5 to Act amended

2. Clause 15 of Schedule 5 to the Act is amended by inserting after
subclause (2) the following subclause —

(2a) For the purposes of conducting proceedings under subclause (1), the Commissioner may continue to exercise all his functions under the repealed Act, including his power of delegation under section 12 of the repealed Act.
