Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector Management

Schedule 5 to Act amended

2.   Clause 13 (5) of Schedule 5 to the Act is amended by deleting "6 months"

and substituting the following —

" 12 months ".
