Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector
Management (SES Organizations) Regulations (No. 2) 2000.

2. Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994 amended

Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994* is amended by deleting item 5B.
