Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector
Management (SES Organizations) Regulations (No. 2) 1998.

2.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994* is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting item 31;
(b)	after item 56 by inserting the following item —
