REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1995

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 108 (1) (a).

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector Management (SES

Organizations) Regulations (No. 2) 1995.

Schedule 2 amended

2. Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994* is amended —

(a) by inserting in the appropriate numerical position the following
item

3A. Bush Fires Board, constituted under the Bush

Fires Act 1954 71.

(b) by deleting
"47A. Subiaco Redevelopment Authority, established under
the Subiaco Redevelopment Act 1994 "

and substituting the following item —

478. Subiaco Redevelopment Authority, established
under the Subiaco Redevelopment Act 1994
