Public Sector Management (SES Organizations)

Regulations 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector
Management (SES Organizations) Regulations 2000.

2. Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994 amended

Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994* is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting item 18A;
(b)	by inserting the following item —
